Aloe vera

With its moisturizing, detoxifying and anti-rupture effects, Aloe acts on the skin of the whole body as an elixir of youth.

The strong anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects of aloe vera are used in cosmetics, especially for the treatment of skin prone to acne, cold sores, eczema or fungi. It also acts against dandruff.

The ancient Egyptians called aloe the blood of the gods, and the Egyptian queens used it to beautify the skin, for which the herb also earned the name of the plant of immortality. It was also used extensively for embalming, especially in eastern countries. Even Christopher Columbus knew the effects of aloe vera on a miraculous plant.
