Complaints are assessed in accordance with applicable law. The buyer is obliged to inform the seller of any damage to the goods immediately after receipt of the goods. The shop is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. The warranty period is provided for all delivered goods. The warranty does not cover the defects caused by normal wear and tear or defects caused by incorrect use of product. 

Complaint procedure

Send the complaint by e-mail or in writing, or inform us by phone. Send the goods as a registered package (not cash on delivery package) to the address:

Attach proof of purchase of goods in the e-shop and enclose the written complaint with the shipment. We will handle your complaint within 30 days of receipt.
