LOYALTY CLUB ATEA future, s.r.o.

The loyalty club´s benefits and offers apply to purchases in the ATEA future, s.r.o. e-shop.

INTRODUCTION

I. The special program for loyal participants of the loyalty club (ATEA future Club) is organized and managed by ATEA future, s.r.o., IČ: 26749246 with its registered office at Dukelských hrdinů 407/26, 170 00 Prague 7 (hereinafter also referred to as "ATEA future").

II. The loyalty system is intended for participants in the loyalty system who have purchased goods in the ATEA future e-shop in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

III. The goal of the Loyalty system is to reward ATEA future customers who are participants in the loyalty system and to thank them for their loyalty by providing a price advantage for ATEA future products if the following conditions are met.

IV. The general conditions of the Loyalty system below set out the rights and obligations of its participants, ie ATEA future, s.r.o. on the one hand and the customer of that company on the other. These rules enter into force on the day of their publication on the website www.ateacz.cz.

General conditions of the Loyalty Club

1. The "ATEA future CLUB" is a loyalty system organized and managed by ATEA future, s.r.o., which allows the participants of the loyalty system to receive a special reward based on purchases made within one calendar year.

2. "Loyalty account" means the account of a registered loyalty system participant.

3. "Loyalty point" - represents the value obtained for the purchase of ATEA future products by the loyalty program participant.

4. "ATEA future e-shop" - point of sale of products available on the website www.ateacz.cz.

5. "Loyalty system participant" - is a registered customer to the ATEA future loyalty club who has given his consent to his registration to the Loyalty system according to the set conditions. The consent is granted electronically upon registration in the ATEA future e-shop.

6. "List Price" - this is the recommended price of the product, the price without all discounts and promotions. The list price is always given as a higher price value for all ATEA future products, which concerns the price advantage. 

1. The essence of the Loyalty system

1.1 As part of the loyalty program, the Loyalty system Participant collects loyalty points on its loyalty account for purchases made in the ATEA future e-shop.

1.2. The loyalty program participant is identified after login into his/her loyalty account.

1.3. In exchange for the loyalty points collected, the Loyalty system Participant can obtain a price advantage for ATEA future products according to the rules defined here.

1.4. The benefits resulting from the Loyalty system or the collected loyalty points cannot be assigned or sold to another Participant of the loyalty system.

1.5. Earned loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Participation in the Loyalty system

2.1. Any adult who enters their correspondence address in the Czech Republic or Slovakia can become a participant in the loyalty system. Persons under the age of 18 may participate in the Loyalty system only with the written consent of their legal representative.

2.2. Participation in the Loyalty system is personal and non-transferable.

2.3. Each Loyalty system Participant may accumulate loyalty points on only one loyalty account.

2.4. In order to be included in the ATEA future Loyalty club, the applicant must confirm the registration form, which is available in the online store at: https://www.ateashop.cz/cs/prihlasit-se?back=my-account in electronic form. The data to be filled in must be complete and true. The registration is then entered into the database of Loyalty system Participants managed by ATEA future, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as «databases»).

2.5. Forms without specifying the essentials, ie full name and surname, correspondence address, cannot be included in the database.

2.6. Personal data the loyalty system Participant (registration) is entered into the database within 1 calendar week from the date of registration.

2.7. It is in the interest of the Loyalty system Participant to always inform ATEA future, s r.o. about changes in your personal data (change of address, surname, etc.). ATEA future, s.r.o. delivers addressed consignments to the Loyalty system Participant only to the last notified address.

2.8. Loyalty points are valid for 1 calendar year. In the event that the validity date expires, the Loyalty system Participant loses the right to claim all loyalty points collected and not yet used on this day. The customer can verify the validity of loyalty points on the website if he/she has an activated internet account. 

3. Loyalty point collection system on the Loyalty system Participant´s Loyalty account

3.1. ATEA future, s.r.o. undertakes to award loyalty points to a loyalty system participant for the purchase of products in the ATEA future e-shop.

3.2. The number of awarded loyalty points corresponds to the value of the purchase made in Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR). For each CZK 1 or EUR 1 spent, the loyalty program participant is entitled to 1 loyalty point.

3.3. ATEA future, s.r.o. reserves the right to change the points allocation system.

3.4. After making a purchase in the ATEA future e-shop, loyalty points are assigned automatically after the transaction, if the participant of the loyalty program identifies himself / herself during the purchase by logging in to his/her customer account.

3.5. In the absence of a login to a customer account when purchasing in the ATEA future e-shop, ATEA future s.r.o. reserves the right not to offset loyalty points and the loyalty program participant loses the loyalty points he or she could earn for this purchase.

3.6. If a gift voucher is purchased, the loyalty points will be credited to the person who buys the gift voucher and not to the person who uses the voucher to pay for the goods. 

4. Exchange of loyalty points for a discount on products

4.1. Loyalty points can only be exchanged during product purchases. The exchange of loyalty points for the price advantage of ATEA future products takes place as follows:

4.2. To obtain a discount in the e-shop, it is necessary to generate a loyalty coupon, which can only be applied to the e-shop for a period of two months. Once a customer exchanges points for a loyalty coupon in this way, the promotion cannot be withdrawn. To apply the discount from the coupon to the order, it is necessary to enter the unique coupon code, which is displayed at the end of the entire process and delivered to the customer's registered email, enter the loyalty discount in the e-shop cart.

4.3. A discount will be provided on any product from the current offer. If the catalog price of the product exceeds the discount of the selected level, the participant pays the difference between the discount and the catalog price of the selected product. If the list price of the selected product is lower than the discount of the selected level, the difference will not be paid to the participant. The product discount can only be applied with the purchase of any other product with a minimum purchase amount of CZK 100/EUR 4.

4.4. Under no circumstances can the loyalty points collected be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. 

5. Termination or interruption of the loyalty system

5.1. ATEA future, s.r.o. reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the Loyalty system at any time.

5.2. In the event of termination or interruption of the Loyalty system, ATEA future, s.r.o. inform the Participants of the loyalty system about this fact on the website www.ateacz.cz.

5.3. In the event of termination or interruption of the Loyalty system, the Loyalty system Participant may claim the points collected so far and exchange them for a price advantage of the products, if it has collected them in the amount and time necessary to meet the exchange conditions in accordance with the rules described in this document. Otherwise, the collected points are lost.

5.4. Participant of the Loyalty system of ATEA future, s.r.o. may terminate its participation in the ATEA future Loyalty Club at any time. He/she must inform the organizer of the loyalty system (ATEA future, s.r.o.) about this fact in writing (by letter, e-mail).

6. Change of loyalty system rules

ATEA future, s.r.o. reserves the right to unilaterally change the above rules of the loyalty system. Changes to the loyalty system will be presented on the company's website www.ateacz.cz one month before their validity.

7. Protection of personal data

7.1. The participant of the loyalty system confirms with his/her signature that he/she has read and/agrees with the Privacy Policy.
